Terms and Conditions

The General Terms and Conditions of the online store are drafted in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia (GZS) and international codes for electronic commerce. The General Terms and Conditions cover the operation of the online store, the rights of the buyer, and the business relationship between the buyer and the seller or the online store operator.

1. Registration
For a successful purchase, buyer registration is preferred but not mandatory. Registration is only required to obtain membership. The entered data will be protected in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot) and will not be used for any other purpose except for processing the buyer's orders!

2. Purchase Procedure

a) The buyer selects the desired quantity of products and clicks the "Add to Cart" button.
b) Step 2: The buyer enters the personal details of the payer and chooses whether the payer's address is also the same as the recipient's address. If so, Step 3 (d) will be skipped.
d) Step 3: The buyer enters the delivery address.
d) Step 4: The buyer selects the delivery method.
e) Step 5: The buyer selects the payment method and enters a discount coupon if available.
f) Step 6: The buyer reviews and confirms the order.

3. Order
The minimum order amount is EUR 4.90 including VAT (except in cases of special promotions). After placing an order, the buyer receives an order confirmation via email on the same day. Any order cancellations can be communicated by the buyer within 12 (twelve) hours to our email address hello@bucketlistjournal.net. If the buyer does not cancel the order within the agreed time, the purchase contract between the buyer and the seller/operator of the online store becomes irrevocably concluded. Once the purchase contract is concluded, it is stored at the company's headquarters. The seller packages and ships the ordered product(s) within 1-3 working days. Based on the official delivery time of our contractual partner (3-10 working days), the buyer typically receives the ordered package within 3 to a maximum of 10 working days after placing the order. If the product is out of stock, delivery may take 2-3 weeks.

4. Payment Methods
The payment options are as follows:

a) Prepayment to the transaction account: When the buyer places an order, a proforma invoice is sent by email. As soon as the payment is visible in our business account, the products are shipped to the desired address.
b) Credit card
c) PayPal

5. Delivery
Delivery costs EUR 5 + VAT. The package will be delivered to the buyer's address within 3-10 working days.

6. Prices
The seller is liable for VAT, meaning that the prices already include VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices are valid on the day of purchase and until further notice. Despite great efforts to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information, pricing errors may occur. In such cases, the seller reserves the right to change the price during order processing. The buyer will be informed in writing about such changes and offered the option to withdraw from the contract, as well as a solution that aims for mutual satisfaction.

6.1 Prices for Special Offers
Occasionally, special promotions or offers for purchasing multiple products simultaneously are posted on the website. In such cases, the prices apply to the purchase of multiple different products, and if one of the products is returned (under the conditions in section 7), the prices will be adjusted accordingly.

7. Returns, Exchanges, and the Right to Withdraw from Purchase
The buyer has the right to notify the seller in writing within 14 days of receiving the goods if they are dissatisfied with the products or wish to withdraw from the contract, without the need to provide a reason for their decision. The buyer must return the goods within 30 days of the notice of withdrawal. The return of goods within the withdrawal period is considered a notice of contract withdrawal. The buyer is responsible for covering the costs associated with returning the goods. The buyer must notify the seller of their intention to return the goods via email at hello@bucketlistjournal.net and return the goods within thirty (30) days of purchase or notice of withdrawal. The goods must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging, along with a copy of the invoice. The seller does not accept cash-on-delivery shipments. The buyer will be refunded the purchase price as soon as possible, but no later than thirty (30) days after receiving the returned product, without needing to request it.

8. Complaints and Warranty
The buyer may file a complaint if the goods do not have the properties explicitly promised by the seller, if the seller sent the wrong products, in the wrong quantity, color, or if the goods differ in any way from the buyer's order. The buyer can file a complaint within 14 days of the purchase date and request an immediate exchange for an identical, flawless item, repair of the item, or a refund. Complaints can be submitted via email at hello@bucketlistjournal.net, and the package can be returned to our address after prior agreement. In the event of complaints, we operate in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot).

If the package received is physically damaged, missing contents, or shows signs of tampering, the buyer must initiate the complaint process with the delivery service. First, notify us by email at hello@bucketlistjournal.net, and we will arrange for the courier service to collect the package in the same condition as received. You must also fill out a complaint form. Together with our delivery service, we will ensure that the complaint is resolved as quickly as possible.

9. Communication
The seller will only contact the buyer via remote communication if the buyer expressly consents. Advertising emails will be clearly and unambiguously marked as such, the sender will be clearly identified, promotions and discounts will be clearly marked with clear terms of participation, and the method for unsubscribing from marketing emails will be clearly presented. The seller will respect the buyer’s request to stop receiving marketing communications.

10. Disclaimer
The seller strives to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information on its website. However, product features or prices may change so quickly that the seller is unable to update the website in time. In such cases, the seller will inform the buyer of the changes and allow them to withdraw from the order or exchange the ordered product. The seller is not responsible for the content of product reviews written by visitors. The seller reviews and rejects any reviews that contain obvious falsehoods, misleading information, or offensive content. The seller is not responsible for information in reviews and disclaims any liability arising from such content. While the seller strives to provide accurate photos of the products, all images should be considered symbolic. The photos do not guarantee the characteristics of the product.

11. Complaints and Disputes
The seller complies with the applicable consumer protection legislation (ZVPot). The seller makes every effort to fulfill their duty to establish an effective complaints handling system. The seller will confirm receipt of a complaint within five (5) working days, inform the buyer of how long it will take to process the complaint, and keep the buyer informed throughout the process. The seller acknowledges that consumer disputes, particularly regarding court resolutions, often involve disproportionate costs relative to the economic value of the claim. This is the main reason consumers do not initiate court proceedings. Therefore, the seller endeavors to resolve any disputes amicably.

12. Cookies
The website uses "cookies," small files stored on your device during site visits. Cookies can simplify future visits to the website. You can decide whether to accept or reject cookies in your browser settings. If you do not accept cookies, some options of the website may not display correctly, or access to all information or features may be restricted.

13. Privacy Policy
Davor Repec s.p., the operator of the BucketList online store (https://bucketlistjournal.net/), is committed to the proper use of personal data. In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, the company is obliged to protect the personal data of online store users. At Davor Repec s.p., we are aware of our responsibility in handling personal data, and all collections of personal data are maintained, stored, and controlled in accordance with the current Personal Data Protection Act and GDPR regulations. We allow data subjects whose personal data we process to:

  • View the type and quantity of personal data
  • Permanently delete all relevant personal data

Davor Repec s.p. collects the following user data for the operation of the BucketList online store:

  • Basic buyer information:
    name and surname
    address and place of residence
    shipping address for the ordered goods
    email address (username)
    encrypted password
    other information entered by the user during registration

We are not responsible for the accuracy of the information provided by the user during registration.

– Data for statistical analysis purposes: IP address, date, time, referring page URL (all data collected via Google Analytics, deleted after 26 months)

Davor Repec s.p. is committed not to sell, lend, or otherwise disclose personal data provided through the website, email communication, phone calls, or other means to third parties. Your data will be carefully protected against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. The only data shared with third parties are basic shipping details for the purpose of product delivery, and these are provided to our delivery partner GLS. This includes the name and surname, address, place of residence, phone number, and email address for delivery notifications and tracking.

Disclosure of Personal Data
Data collected and processed by Davor Repec s.p. will only be disclosed if required by law or in good faith that such action is necessary for legal proceedings or government agencies.

14. Copying Website Content
Copying website content and the entire website's appearance is prohibited unless an "html" link to the exact http:// address of the specific content is provided, and the website owner is informed of the intention.
